How to Use the Kit for a Perfect Polish

Follow these steps to achieve a mirror finish in stainless steel:

1. Surface Preparation (Roughing and Weld Removal)

• Step 1: Use the Blue Fine Finish Abrasive Disc (115×22.2 mm) on your grinder to rework welds and smooth the surface. Always work in the same direction, from back to front.

• Step 2: Change to Rapid Finish Black Abrasive Disc (115×22 mm) to refine the surface. Repeat the movements to remove finer marks.

2. Initial Polishing and Final Gloss

• Step 3: Place the Sisal Stitched Disc (100 mm) in the grinder and apply the Pink Paste. Using light pressure, soak the pad and run it over the stainless steel to begin polishing.

• Step 4: Change to Sewn Fabric Disc (100 mm) and applies the White Paste for the final mirror polish. Repeat the process to achieve a smooth, even, high-gloss finish.
