How to Use the Kit for a Perfect Polish

Follow this step by step to achieve a bright and uniform polishing on brass:

1. Initial Polishing

• Insert the sewn sisal disc (100 mm) on a grinder or radiating machine. This disc has a firmer, more abrasive texture, ideal for initial contact with brass.

• Turn on the machine and bring it closer Grau brown paste to the rotating disc. Apply the paste in small touches, allowing it to soak in without pressing too hard.

• Begin polishing the brass surface with steady strokes in one direction, avoiding sudden angle changes.

2. Final Polishing and Shine

• Change to whole sewn fabric disc (100 mm), designed for finishing stages. This disc has a seam all around for greater consistency.

• Apply the white paste for fine polishing in the same way as above.

• Pass the disc over the worked surface, maintaining the direction of the movement to achieve a mirror-like polished finish.
