SIMBOSS 102 

Quaternary silver welding ISO 3677, DIN 8513. The composition of the rod is (50%+Silver+15% Copper+17.5Cd). Melting range 660-740C. The board of 0.05-0.15mm. Welding temperature 730C, with Resistance 35 kp/mm2. Metals to be welded: Steel, Copper and Alloys, Ni and alloys, hard metals.

Quaternary Silver solder with composition (19%Ag+Cu+Zn+Cd+S), very fluid. The rod has a measure of 2x500mm. The melting interval of 660-740C, with resistance 35Kp/mm2. Soldering temperature 730C. It has a joint of 0.05-0.15mm. Metals to be welded: Steel, malleable cast iron, copper, brass, bronze, or their alloys.

Change-free Silver Solder, the composition of the rod is (38%Ag+40%Cu+20%Zn+2%Sn). The rod has a melting range of 620-695C, with a density of 9.3g/cc. The welding temperature is 700C, it has a joint of 700C. Metals to be welded: Steels, malleable functions, Copper and its alloys. Nickel and its alloys.

Change-free silver solder, the composition of the rod is (30%Ag+36%Cu+32%Zn+2%Sn), DIN8513 BS1845. The melting interval 650-750C, with a density of 8.8gr/cc. It has a joint of 0.05-0.10mm. The welding temperature is 740C. The metals to be welded are steel, malleable cast iron, copper and its alloys.

Phosphor solder rod composed of (89%Cu+6%P+5%Ag) DIN8513 BS1845:CP4. 2x500mm rod. The rod has a melting interval of 650-810C, with a density of 8.2gr/cc. The board is 0.05-0.12. The welded temperature is 710. Tensile strength in copper union: 25kp/mm2. The metals to be welded are: Copper with copper, without flux (self-etching alloy).

Phosphor solder rod, composed of (92%Cu+8%P) ISO 3677 DIN8513:L-Cup8, BS1845:CP3. The melting interval is 710-740C, density 8.0 gr/cc, it has a joint of 0.03-0.08mm. The welded temperature is 710C, it has a tensile strength in a Copper union of 25Kp/mm2. The metals to be welded are Copper with Copper, without flux. (self-etching alloy).

SIMBOSS 505

1.5x500mm phosphor solder rod, the rod is composed of (93.5%Cu+6.5%P), DIN8513:L-CuP6 BS1845:CP6. The melting interval is 710-880C, with a density of 8.1gr/cc, it has a joint of 0.05-0.12mm, with a welding temperature of 730C. Tensile strength in Copper union 25kp/mm2. The metals to be welded are Copper with Copper without flux (self-etching alloy).
